It’s only days since Jonathan (Mugabe-isn’t-all-bad) Steele was telling us of the good news from Zimbabwe. Now, according to the country’s Finance Minister Tendai Biti, the government has only $217 left in in the bank. Gosh, $217; that isn’t much. Especially not for a government. And the lack of ruboolas is getting in the way of voter registration.
