As well as being a poet, Sophie Hannah is now well known as a writer of crime fiction. Her books featuring Simon Waterhouse and Charlie Zailer have become a regular feature of the publishing year. Sophie – or Soph, as she is known in these parts – has lately added a different sort of book to her repertoire; with The Orphan Choir she has tried her hand at a ghost story.
